/"KI NOH BI 32nd Edition ~ Shunkan/" is a product made in the style of Old Tom Gin, after aging KINOBI for over three years in barrels used to age rum at the now-defunct Caroni Distillery, brown sugar from Yonaguni Island is added.

The aging in Caroni rum barrels gives off tropical aromas of passion fruit, peach, orange and grapefruit, as well as the oak flavors from the barrels. The gentle sweetness of brown sugar and minerality create a deep, long aftertaste.
